r-PET: Sharp Interpack was the first rigid thermoformed packaging company to introduce waste from European sources. That advancement has continued with some punnets now employing 100% recyclates. Our new UK SPS range contains up to 80% recycled content (PCW) with 19 in a crate heat-sealed, good news for the environment. The European SPEP range offers an extra 10% crate fit with a 10 up crate format in the heat seal version and a 9 up format in the lidded option.

r-PP: We've launched a range of polypropylene (PP) food trays and punnets incorporating industrial recyclate and UK-stream post consumer (PCR) high density polyethylene (r-HDPE), blended where appropriate with mineral additives. This new range includes mushroom punnets as well as poultry and fish trays.
